Sheets
Didn't see a stock sheet size or density you need? No worries, we can custom cut the size you need from our stock billets. We stock a wide variety of billets in different densities and lengths. The minimum order for custom cut sheets is one billet. The normal lead time for EPS sheets is 1 week. Sheets are normally wrapped in stretch film for local deliveries. If you will be shipping EPS sheets LTL let us know so we can specially package the sheet to your specifications to prevent the sheets from getting damaged in transit.
Pads
We do not stock any PE pads. Everyone needs a different size so everything is custom cut. Smaller pads are normally packaged loosely in a large box. Average-Larger pads are usually stacked in a large box or placed on a skid, tightly stretch-wrapped prior to shipment. Pads normally have a 1 week lead time. If you are ordering larger volumes, the leadtime may be longer. Either way the leadtime will be stated on our quote.
Profiles
EPS profiles are always considered a custom cut. Profiles are a specific shape other than a square or rectangle. A rectangle with any slot, notch, or curve is a profile. Circles, hexagons, and triangles are all profiles. In order to get a quote for profile you must have a drawing that stipulates all of the dimension necessary to shape the part. Profiles are generally more fragile than a simple EPS pad. They require more proection when they are shipped. We normally package our profiles in large boxes. The normal lead time for an EPS profile is two weeks.
